
You can easily appoint us by following these easy steps below: 
1. Provide us with details of your pet/s as well as your travel itinerary by: - Submitting the general enquiry/quotation request form online (coming soon!).

2. We will get back to you in 48 to 72 hours with a no obligation total quotation and appropriate PET EMBASSY’s authorization & agreement form. Please note that we may need to obtain more info of your pet to enable us to provide you with a correct quotation. It is therefore important for you to complete the general enquiry form fully so that we can give you our quote in the shortest time possible. 
3. Fax or email back to us the following: Completed and signed authorization & agreement form. A clear photocopy of the detail page of your international passport or NRIC (for Singaporeans). A clear photocopy of your pet’s vaccination record/certificate/card and other necessary related documents in order for us to make early travel arrangement.

4. We will then issue you with an invoice through email showing breakdown of fees for different services. Please let us know if you want to opt-out certain services. A non-refundable administration fee will be charged upon appointing us as your agent. The administration fee is inclusive in the total quote given. Terms and conditions apply. 
5. Please proceed to make payment though our email invoicing system by Paypal (for overseas customers only) or through internet bank transfer for local customers. 
6. Once we have received your payment, we will start making arrangement for your pet’s travel. | Terms and Conditions: | Please read and understand our payment terms and conditions applied: | Full payment Our terms are payment in full within ten (10) days from the date of receipt of the completed and signed PET EMBASSY’s authorization & agreement form or no later than seven (7) days preceding the date of travel, whichever comes first. | Late payment charges Monies that remain outstanding by the due date will incur late payment interest at the rate of 2% per day on the outstanding balance until such time as the balance is paid in full and final settlement. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid thirty (30) days from the date of invoice. | Termination of services Both the client and PET EMBASSY have the right to terminate any service agreement for any reason, including ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a service has deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Any monies that have been paid to PET EMBASSY which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused service/s, shall be refunded. | Postponement of services In the case of postponement in the date of travel on client’s request, any additional fees and expenses incurred as a result (such as issuing of new amended permit, new lab testing etc.) will be charged to the client accordingly. Postponement for more than ninety (90) days from the date of travel will constitute a new travel arrangement, therefore new administration fee will be charged. All terms and conditions apply. |
